assyst/bullmer International Plotting Service Order Form Please use ONLY email to send this correctly completed MS-Word form together with your data to: hotline@assyst-intl.com.cn Orders without correctly completed form can not be processed assyst/bullmer Shanghai operates Algotex Streamjet and Windjet plotters in the Shanghai China office and can plot your pattern pieces as single or nested patterns as well as your markers. After plotting , jobs may be picked up in the Shanghai office or may be sent by UPS or DHL to the final destination anywhere in Asia. You may also send your representative to our offices to be present while plotting to clarify any local circumstances such as actual fabric width ,shrinkage factors , etc. In order for this service to work smoothly, certain information is required by assyst / bullmer Shanghai and certain requirements need to be met. The information to be provided by customer is listed below and needs to be provided with your order, only by email as shown above. Forms may be filled in with the most often used addresses, copied and stored for repetitive use of this service. For orders with multiple models use the Repeat Order Form, which saves filling in adresses, etc .Only fields required can be filled in or ticked. There are tickmarks 0 and fields for data entry . The cost of the service is 15 RMB / 1,50€ / US$1.80 per meter of plotted paper output and is hereby agreed and will be charged to the party indicated in the order form. Processing time ,paper & ink costs as well as machine usage are included in the price. Orders with no billing address designated can not be processed. Shipping charges are not included and will have to be charged extra. All charges are due upon receipt of invoice. Data may be delivered to assyst/bullmer either as assyst plotfiles (for this you need to have an Algotex device configured in your system, please check with assyst support) or assyst design files (for single pieces), for graded pieces additionally the grade rule table needs to be sent. If a style file is available please send this as well as all other relevant assyst data files according to the form below. hotline@assyst-intl.com.cn will answer any questions prior to sending data Data which is provided in assyst plot file format or design file format will usually not require any extra processing. Prior to using the service you should clarify with the receiving party all details, which information is to be plotted , any shrinkage required , etc. Markers can also be made automatically at www.automarker.com and then automatically transferred to assyst/bullmer Shanghai for plotting or directly to the final destination (if you operate an assyst or akkumarc CAD system) Additional fees for marking and plotfile generation at automarker.com apply. IMPORTANT: assyst/bullmer provides these services using best efforts. However due to involvement of 3rd parties and service providers and because we can not check the correctness of input data, assyst/bullmer assumes no liability whatsoever for any reason resulting form the usage of these services. In particular, assyst/bullmer does not guarantee the availability of these services or delivery of results at any guaranteed time or suitability of work results for the intended purpose.
